Most products featured on ShopMotionmade Boutique are sold through Amazon. For these items, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly by Amazon under their return policy. Please visit your Amazon order to initiate a return.

Our Products (Magnesium Lotion & Beef Tallow Balm)

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date). To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, contact us at debbiekay@shopmotionmadeorg.net. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for our shipped products only.
